Mon - Really hard interval session today on the turbo. Speed up again to ave 30.2mph. Getting nearer the stats I normally achieve mid-race season so on track for a good year - still feel a bit down on endurance; need to string together 3-4 longish rides this month.

Rest day today, racing tomorrow, I hope that the weather is this good! This weeks been loads of tempo riding on the road, been enjoying the spring sunshine, and a turbo session with long intervals at threshold.
