i am trying to write down my training(due to 3 kids/business wanting to know how much actual training i am doing) and then i found the site, it has all the features i need so am just getting into it. Waiting on my new tt bike this weekend and intend to use this to help build a improved aerobic engine for competitive cycling in my area (nothing major) and any tt available .
