The SCCU 100 is a good one - even if the last 30 miles are decidedly more lumpy! I was caught out by the heat last year, as the race took place on the hottest day of the year (29 degrees) ; though in hindsight, I'd only trained upto 80miles on my TT bike - it wasnt enough! keep us posted on how the training goes...

I ride quite a few G10/42's (that's the Epsom CC Tues night regular) , G10/57's and G25/53's so I'll say hello next time I see you on the start sheet. Last year I focussed on the SCCU Cenenary 100 but this year I'm back doing triathlon's so my biking's not quite where I would like it to be at the moment. What's your goal this year? Cheers JULIAN

Hi Duncan - thanks for joining the site. See you're interested in time trialling - here's some TT specific content that may be of interest. If you have any particular questions, start a discussion in the TT group and I'm sure someone will be able to help. Best wishes PB Tri Ed.
