- I've been running for about 5 years working my way from a 5km race to my first marathon last year. I mostly enjoy HM and also run XC and fell. I road bike and MTB at weekends with my partner and are part of Clowne Road Runners. I started swimming (properly) 4 months ago when I entered my first tri (in May)
