Next year I plan to do IM Switzerland and Return to Elba. The plan is to do some preseason training in Rimini Italy to get some 'mountain training' in. Delete Comment

Know what you mean - I did the Nice Tri a few years ago...didn't find the three climbs much of an issue but found the descents really tricky/scary as I wasn't used to them and it was frustrating to see people I'd dropped on the way up…

I guess it would be good to do a mountain training camp beforehand...
