Getting ready for an Olympic distance tri after a year off

Hi, I'm new to this group, but am hoping I can get some motivation and direction.  I was an avid triathlete for the past several years but got side-tracked from training for the past nine months... blame it on my job, my commute, or my newborn son, at the end of the day I know its just excuses and I should be making time.Well it's May, and my twin brother wants me to compete in the New Jersey State Triathlon (olympic distance) at the end of July.  Its got me motivated to at least compete this…See More
