Sean - as a policy, we don't comment on specfic medical/injury issues. What i can advise is two things:

1. It's worth getting checked out by a physio etc to evaluate any specific biomechanical issues.

2. It's also worth going to a serious running shop and get them to analyse your running gait etc. - so important to get the right shoes for you.

Hope things improve

best wishes

Every time I start putting on the miles again for running I land up with a swollen Achilles Tendon on the left. My right hamstring is pulling quite a bit too.

Not sure if the alignment of my back has gone out.

Please help.....

Hi Sean; thanks for joining the site. Hope you find our tri training content useful - and let us know if there's something specific you are looking for.

Just wanted to make you aware of our performance lab - we've got a range of expert coaches starting webchat Q 'n A's soon, but you need to be a member of the group to take part....

Best wishes
PB Tri Ed.
