@king of the mountains. Can you do a tumble turn with the wrist strap removed? It's an interesting tip, but I'm afraid that if I remove the strap I'd never be able to squeeze it into the holes again :-)

Been racking up the bike miles over the last three weeks, having been largely snowbound in Jan.

Cold, darkness, injuries...its a tough time of year. Took all of my mental strength to haul myself out for a 10 miler (run) this morning...but wow do i feel good now.

Hi Sonic
Thanks I owe it all to a great coach (Michelle Parsons) and an understanding familiy. Work was no problem as i employ myself.I am booked in for Ironman Switzerland 2010 and Elbaman again now I know there is 11,250 ft of hill climb in the bike section. Need to hone my descending skills.
