My diary defaults to show all members - be better if it just showed my workouts. Suggest removing the All members option. Stats center - Looks like the number of sessions is being doublecounted. Also the MPH calculation looks odd... Great news…

Yeah, me too - just don't get compression tops/sleeves - can understand more their use in upper body/contact sports like rugby. Do feel the tights have helped with recovery/alleviating soreness. Noticed a number of people wearing the socks…

I only recently learnt that "static" stretching before running isn't the best. In retrospect it makes sense!

Great tip on "dynamic" stretching beforehand and "static stretching" afterwards. Here's a couple of examples videos to demonstrate...

Patrick - It took some practising and adjustment in my hand/wrist position but I got there in the end! Give it a go and see how you get on...

@king of the mountains. Can you do a tumble turn with the wrist strap removed? It's an interesting tip, but I'm afraid that if I remove the strap I'd never be able to squeeze it into the holes again :-)

Next year I plan to do IM Switzerland and Return to Elba. The plan is to do some preseason training in Rimini Italy to get some 'mountain training' in. Delete Comment

Hi Sonic
Thanks I owe it all to a great coach (Michelle Parsons) and an understanding familiy. Work was no problem as i employ myself.I am booked in for Ironman Switzerland 2010 and Elbaman again now I know there is 11,250 ft of hill climb in the bike section. Need to hone my descending skills.
