I am gonna do Hayle but thats not for a few weeks. Aiming for Newquay standard distance in september so concentrating on increasing volume and distance at the moment. Good effort on the TT, never done one but see that a local club run them regularly…

hi Julian. Did exactly the same thing at st ives. overtook a few on the bike and got a bit carried away. Came out of t2 straight into a long steep uphill run and the legs said no. Got some new trainers in the post today so i imagine this will never…

fairly new to triathlon, always been into my road biking. Competing in Penzance sprint, St ives sprint, Hayle sprint and Newquay standard distance this year ( i live in cornwall).
My Clubs:
Mounts Bay Harriers Running and Triathlon club.
