Have you seen myTri on the 220 website, I guess imitation is a form of flattery!

Thanks for the welcome Ed. Looking at my first competitive triathlon being The Beaver on 29 May. I'm currently trying to grab every cycling opportunity I can, due to a non cycling friendly winter my weak point has changed from swimming to cycling.

Thanks Ed. I'm particularly interested in swimming as well as triathlon, as my daughter is a competition swimmer.

Thanks Ed,

I need to get myself a pair of cheap running shoes first I think.

Thank you for the intro. Been trying to get back into the training since having the flu about 3 weeks ago and now left Achilles is pretty swollen hampering the rest of the running. Still waiting for parts for my part bike so that I can start getting some serious rides instead of only spinning on Saturday's at the gym....

Once again, thank you.

Hello,

Thank you for the advice. I haven't been training or doing much coaching recently as i got knocked off my bike a week or so ago. Picture attached showing head injury. I've got road rash across my back, as well as whiplash type pain due to hitting the deck at a million miles an hour!! I'm off now to buy a new TT helmet as the previous one is in bits.

Take care

Thanks for the welcome. Just waiting for the ice to clear on the pavements and I'll be back out. Hope it doesn't last too much longer. michael k

Hello PB triathlon Editor

Regarding your message you left me at the end of last year, saying that I could 'advertise' myself here on Beat your PB. I am very interested and would be very interested in how i'd go about it.

I hope that you are well and that your training is going to schedule.

All the best.

The open water swim calc on the site doesn't work. This one is good for both pool and open water times.

I've been looking for a website like yours for a while. I'm very impressed with your site.

Hey!
Well, I finished! Collected my medal and finishers cap. Was all I could ask for really, I've been injured since August, done no run training of any note since July and my last long ride was end of August. Knee tendonitis has reared it's ugly head, so my goal was just to get round. 5 hours in the end, about 40 mins off where I was hoping to be at the start of the season. But them's the breaks! Was great to be part of the race, and there were some truly outstanding performances. I did think Andy Potts was unbeatable, but how wrong I was!
